Shipping Within the UK

At this time, we only ship to locations within the United Kingdom. Soon we will ship  further afield. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Standard Shipping

- Delivery Method: We ship all orders via Royal Mail.

- Delivery Time: Your order will typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

- Shipping Fee:

  - For orders weighing **under 2 kilograms** (such as a standard CALMR Scarf), the shipping fee is £5.99.

  - For orders weighing over 2 kilograms, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout. The exact cost will be confirmed before you finalise your purchase.

Expedited Shipping

- If you need your order to arrive sooner, please contact us directly before placing your order. We can arrange expedited shipping options to suit your needs, with the cost and details provided upon request.

All US orders are shipped from the United Kingdom with FREE international delivery included in the price. Any import duties or local taxes are set by US customs and may be payable on delivery
